(d) : In ctenophores, asexual reproduction is absent. They are monoecious and fertilization is generally external. Asexual reproduction occurs by budding and gemmules. In protozoa, asexual reproduction takes place by binary fission, budding etc. and sexual reproduction takes place by syngamy and conjugation.
